Our Staff

Scott Kim founded AllStar back in 1984 and has been serving the East Bay ever since. For the first five years of AllStar’s existence, Scott led the company in high-quality painting for all residential and commercial buildings, from high rises and condominiums, to warehouses and track homes.

Having firmly established AllStar as a leading East Bay painting company, Scott received and accepted a top military contract at Hickham Air Force base in Hawaii for the next year and a half. Once his contract had ended, Scott remained on the island of Oahu and continued providing his painting services to, among countless others, the Pearl Harbor Army reservation and the Hilton Hawaii Village.

In the late 1990’s, Scott moved back to the Bay Area, at which time AllStar began concentrating solely on residential painting. Since then, AllStar has employed the same painters sharing in the company’s goals and values, lending to consistent service, consummate workmanship, and unparalleled teamwork.
